Creamy Potato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 slices bacon
1 c. chopped onions
1 tsp. salt
2 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
2 c. cubed potatoes
1 c. water
2 soup cans milk
2 Tbsp. parsley
Preparation

Cook bacon until crisp.
Set aside.
Pour off 3 tablespoons of fat.
Add onions and brown. Then add potatoes and water.
Cook covered for 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
Stir in salt, soup and milk.
Heat but do not boil.
Garnish with bacon and parsley.
