Spicy Lamb Steaks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lamb steaks (3/4 inch thick)
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 clove crushed garlic
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. celery seed
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and pour over steaks.
    Refrigerate 2 hours, turning steaks every 20 minutes.
    Broil 4 inches from heat, 6 minutes on each side for medium or 7 minutes for well done.
