Butterscotch Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    1 c. brown sugar, packed
    1 egg
    3/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. nuts
    1/2 c. coconut (optional)
Preparation
    Melt butter
    in
    pan over low heat; add brown sugar and egg. Mix well.
    Add flour, baking powder, salt, vanilla, nuts and coconut.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
