Passover Brownies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/2 oz. bittersweet chocolate
2 eggs
2/3 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 c. cake meal
1/4 c. butter
Preparation

Melt chocolate and butter over hot water and cool.
Beat eggs and salt until thick and lemon colored.
Gradually beat in sugar. Blend in cooled chocolate mixture.
Gradually add cake meal and beat until well blended.
Spread in greased 8-inch square pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Cut while still hot.
