Crabmeat Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. green onions, finely chopped or 1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. instant chicken bouillon granules
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 c. half and half cream
    3 c. milk
    1 (7 1/2 oz.) can crabmeat
    1 can mushrooms
    1 (2 oz.) jar diced pimentos (optional)
    1/2 c. cooked peas (frozen)
Preparation
    In electric frypan, melt butter at 250\u00b0, then add onions and stir until tender.
    Stir in flour, bouillon granules, salt and pepper.
    Pour in half and half and milk, stirring until thickened. Add rest of ingredients and heat through.
    Serve over cooked rice.
