Flowerpot Chocolate Mousse - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Oreo or Hydrox cookies, crushed
    8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
    1 stick butter (I did not add butter)
    1 c. confectioners sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 pkg. instant chocolate pudding
    3 c. cold milk
    12 oz. Cool Whip
Preparation
    Mix cream cheese, butter, sugar and vanilla and set aside.
    In a large mixing bowl mix pudding and milk, then fold in Cool Whip and cream cheese mixture.
    Line a clay pot with tinfoil and put a portion of cookie mixture into bottom of pot.
    Pour the mixture in the pot.
    Top with crumbs.
    Keep refrigerated until serving time. Put plastic or silk flowers into center of garden trowel for serving.
