Buttermilk Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. buttermilk
    1 pkg. yeast, dissolved in 1/4 c. warm water
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 c. Crisco
    1 tsp. salt
    4 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Heat buttermilk.
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    To milk, add sugar, Crisco and salt.
    Cool slightly.
    Add yeast, flour and soda.
    Beat until smooth.
    Let stand 10 minutes.
    Roll and shape as desired.
    Let rise 30 to 45 minutes and bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
