Walnut Penuche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. chopped walnuts (6 oz.)
    2/3 c. butter or oleo
    1 c. packed brown sugar
    1 can sweetened condensed milk
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Line an 8-inch square pan with foil, letting the foil extend 2-inches above sides.
    Grease lightly.
