Easy Oven-Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. biscuit mix
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. each: paprika and oregano
    1 (3 to 4 lb.) chicken, cut up
    1/4 c. butter
Preparation
    Combine biscuit mix and seasonings in bowl.
    Coat chicken pieces with dry mixture.
    Melt butter in shallow baking pan.
    Add chicken.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours or until tender, basting frequently.
    Yields 4 servings.
