Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cups diced cooked chicken
1 stalk celery, diced
1/2 small onion, diced
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
Salt
Preparation

Combine chicken, celery, onion, mayonnaise, thyme, pepper and curry powder.
Season with salt to taste.
Serve on croissant. Makes approximately 1-1/2 cups.
