Vanilla Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    1 pkg. Junket ice cream powder
    4 eggs
    2 can evaporated milk
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1/2 gal. milk
Preparation
    Beat eggs; add sugar, Junket, milk and vanilla.
    Freeze.
