One Dish Meal - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. very lean ground beef
2 c. potatoes, sliced thin
2 c. onions, sliced thin
1 c. carrots, sliced thin
cabbage (white and red)
1 can sliced mushrooms
2 cans creamy chicken mushroom soup
garlic salt to taste
Greek seasoning to taste
salt to taste
pepper to taste
Preparation

Put salt, pepper, garlic salt and Greek seasoning in bottom of electric frying pan.
Form meat into a large patty to cover the whole bottom of the pan.
Add another layer of 4 seasonings.
Put 1/2 can of soup over meat.
Layer potatoes, onions and carrots. Add more seasoning and more soup.
Layer cabbage and mushrooms. Add remaining soup.
Let simmer until meat and vegetables are done, 45 minutes to 1 hour.
