Pineapple Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large cans chunk pineapple, drained
    1 c. sugar
    2 tsp. plain flour
    2 c. grated cheese
    1 stick butter or oleo, melted
    1 stack Ritz crackers, crushed
Preparation
    Mix together pineapple, sugar and flour and place in a casserole dish.
    Sprinkle grated cheese over the pineapple mixture, then cover with crushed Ritz crackers and pour melted butter or oleo over the top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown and bubbly.
