Country Chicken Kiev - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. butter
    1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 tsp. basil
    1 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 chicken breasts (about 1 1/2 lb.)
    1/4 c. dry white wine
    1/4 c. chopped green onion
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Melt butter.
    Meanwhile, on a piece of waxed paper, combine bread crumbs, cheese, basil, oregano, garlic salt and salt.
    Dip chicken into butter, then roll in crumbs to coat.
    Place skin-side up in ungreased baking dish.
    Bake 50 to 60 minutes or until golden brown.
    Add wine, onion and parsley to remaining melted butter (about 1/2 cup).
    When chicken is golden, pour sauce all over.
    Bake 3 to 5 more minutes.
