Round Steak Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. round steak, cut 1/2-inch thick
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3 to 4 potatoes, pared and quartered
    1 (16 oz.) can French-style green beans, drained
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can tomato soup
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can tomatoes
Preparation
    Season\tround
    steak
    with
    salt
    and pepper.
    Cut into serving
    pieces and place in crock-pot with sliced onion which has been separated into rings.
    Add potatoes, green beans and garlic. Top
    with\tsoup
    and tomatoes.
    Cover and cook on Low for 8
    to 10\thours
    or
    High for 4 to 5 hours.
    Remove cover during last half hour if too much liquid has collected.
