Mexican Style Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 medium onion
    1 taco mix
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 (5 oz.) yellow rice
    1 can Cheddar cheese soup
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Brown ground chuck and onion together; drain.
    Add taco mix and Ro-Tel tomatoes; simmer.
    Cook rice as directed on package. Layer rice, meat, rice and meat.
    Mix soup and milk.
    Pour over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
