Buttermilk Spice Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 c. raisins
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. soda
1 c. oil
1 c. buttermilk
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar

Preparation

Sift a little flour over raisins and nuts.
Combine rest of flour with other dry ingredients.
Add oil, buttermilk, eggs and sugar.
Beat until smooth.
Stir in nuts and raisins.
Pour in tube pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
