Six In One - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
    2 potatoes, thinly sliced
    1 onion, thinly sliced
    1 green bell pepper, sliced
    18 oz. can tomatoes
Preparation
    Brown ground beef in skillet, stirring until crumbly.
    Drain. Spoon into casserole.
    Layer rice, potatoes, onion, green pepper and tomatoes over ground beef.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours or until rice and vegetables are tender.
    Yields 4 servings.
