Veg-Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

4 Tbsp. low-fat oleo
4 Tbsp. flour
garlic salt and pepper to taste
8 drops Tabasco sauce
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. dry mustard
2 (No. 2) cans Veg-All
1 can low-fat Pet milk
10 oz. frozen cauliflower or broccoli
3/4 lb. low-fat Velveeta cheese
1 can celery soup
Preparation

Using 1/2 cauliflower and 1/2 broccoli makes a more colorful soup.
