Crab Imperial - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. diced onion
    1/4 c. dried parsley
    1 pt. half and half
    1 lb. crabmeat
    1/4 lb. sharp cheese
    1 Tbsp. dry sherry
    1/4 tsp. red pepper
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Saute butter, flour and onions.
    Add parsley, half and half, crabmeat and cheese.
    Cook until cheese is melted.
    Add sherry, pepper and salt.
    Serve with crackers as a dip or thicken a little more and use as main dish.
