7-Up Party Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients

7 oz. 7-Up
1/4 lb. marshmallows
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime Jell-O
2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 lb. 4 oz. can crushed pineapple (undrained)
3/4 c. chopped nuts
8 oz. Cool Whip
2/3 c. mayonnaise

Preparation

Combine 7-Up and marshmallows in a saucepan.
Cook until melted.
Add Jell-O and stir until dissolved.
Cream cheese until soft and add hot mixture.
Beat until smooth.
Add pineapple and nuts and chill until almost set.
Fold in Cool Whip and mayonnaise.
Pour into oblong dish or mold.
Refrigerate until set.
