Egg Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    3 c. frozen hash browns, thawed
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1 1/2 c. cheddar or American cheese
    4 slices cooked bacon
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except bacon and 1/2 c. cheese.
    Bake in baking dish at 350\u00b0 for 25 - 30 minutes.
    Cover with remaining cheese and cooked bacon.
    Return to oven until cheese is melted. Let stand a few minutes before cutting.
    Serve with biscuits or toast.
