Old-Fashioned Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. elbow macaroni (uncooked)
    3 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Cheddar or American cheese
    3 c. milk
Preparation
    Cook elbow macaroni according to package directions for 7 minutes; drain.
    Arrange cooked macaroni, cheese, salt and pepper in buttered 2 1/2 or 3-quart casserole.
    Pour melted butter or margarine over macaroni.
    Carefully pour milk into casserole at one corner.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
