Sour Cream Banana Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. margarine
    1 1/3 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. mashed bananas
    2 3/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Cream margarine and sugar well, then add eggs and bananas; mix well.
    Add dry ingredients alternately with sour cream and add to banana mixture.
    Last blend in nuts.
    Grease 9 x 5 x 3-inch pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until tested for doneness.
    Cool 20 minutes, then remove from pan.
    Cool.
    It can be stored in refrigerator for several weeks, or in the freezer for 2 months.
    Let it stand 24 hours before cutting.
