Chinese Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
1 can boned chicken
1 can mushrooms
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
1 can chow mein noodles
1 can mushroom soup
1 c. cashew nuts, chopped
Preparation

Mix all ingredients, including liquor from mushrooms and water chestnuts.
Do not dilute soup.
Tuna can be used in place of chicken.
Bake 40 minutes at 325\u00b0.
