Easy Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. flour
    1 lb. lard (not Crisco)
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 egg, beaten well
Preparation
    Put egg in a cup and add enough water to equal 1 full cup. Blend lard and flour until crumbly. Add remaining ingredients. Blend until it forms a ball. Break into 6 or 7 smaller balls. Roll each into pie crust shape. This freezes very well.
