Zucchini Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 c. ground zucchini
    4 c. ground onion (6 to 8)
    2 green or yellow peppers
    2 red peppers
    1/2 c. salt
    2 trays ice cubes, crushed
    1 tsp. celery salt
    1 tsp. black pepper
    4 1/2 c. sugar mix with 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Grind vegetables.
    Sprinkle with salt and ice.
    Let drain overnight in colander in a pillow case.
    Rinse with cold water, 2 or 3 times, in the a.m. and let drain for 1/2 hour.
