3 Tbsp. butter
2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. cayenne
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
Tabasco (a good dash)
1 lb. shelled pecan halves
Preparation

Preheat oven to 300\u00b0.
Melt butter in a large saucepan; remove from heat.
Add seasonings and mix well.
Gently toss in nuts. Place seasoned nuts in a single layer in a jelly roll pan.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes, turning frequently, until browned and crisp.
Store, tightly sealed, in the refrigerator.
