Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butter or Butter Buds
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped bell pepper
1 c. chopped yellow onions
1 c. chopped green onions
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
5 to 6 chicken breasts or whole chicken
3 c. cooked rice
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Boil your chicken, break into bite size pieces and set it aside.
Melt butter in a large pot (4 or 5-quart).
Add celery, bell pepper, yellow onions and garlic; cook until tender.
Add green onions and cook for 5 minutes more.
Add both cans of soup and chicken pieces; cook for about 10 minutes.
Add rice, salt and pepper and pour into casserole dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes, or until top is golden.
