Spiced Pecans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg white
    1 Tbsp. water
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1 lb. pecans
Preparation
    Whip until
    foamy
    the egg white and water.
    Mix sugar, cinnamon and
    salt.
    Add
    1 pound pecans to whipped egg whites and thoroughly
    coat.
    Add sugar, cinnamon and salt.
    Totally coat pecans.
    Put
    in well greased cookie sheet or shallow pan and bake 1 hour at 250\u00b0, stirring every 15 minutes.
