Tabooley(Arabic Salad) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 3 bunches green onions
3 bunches parsley leaves
1 bunch fresh mint or 3 tsp. dried mint
3 to 4 large tomatoes
1/2 c. cracked wheat
1/2 c. salad oil
salt and pepper to taste
lemon juice to taste
Preparation

Cover cracked wheat with water and let soak while preparing vegetables.
Chop all vegetables fine.
Use only the leaves of the parsley and fresh mint.
Drain and squeeze the water out of the cracked wheat and add to the veggies.
Add the remaining ingredients, adjusting seasoning to taste.
Serve with fresh pita bread.
