Cheesy Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

32 oz. hash browns, thawed
1/2 c. melted oleo
1 can cream of chicken soup
12 oz. grated American cheese
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Mix all ingredients (except oleo)
well. Place in a 9 x 12-inch baking dish.
Top with crushed potato chips or cornflakes (optional).
Drizzle 1/2 cup oleo over the top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
