Happy Valley Cake(No Egg) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sifted flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    3/4 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. cocoa
    5 Tbsp. Wesson oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 c. cold water
Preparation
    Sift the dry ingredients into ungreased 8-inch pan.
    Stir a little, then make 3 wells in dry mixture.
    Put in, one at a time, the oil, vanilla, vinegar and cold water.
    Stir together with slotted spoon until well blended.
    Bake 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
