Cream Cheese Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4 oz.) block German's sweet chocolate
    5 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. plus 1 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. almond extract
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Melt chocolate and 3 tablespoons butter over low heat, stirring occasionally; let cool.
    Combine cream cheese with 2 tablespoons butter.
    Gradually add 1/4 cup sugar and cream until fluffy.
    Blend in 1 egg and 1 tablespoon flour; add 1/2 teaspoon vanilla and set aside.
