Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. frozen hash browns
2 cans cream of chicken soup
16 oz. sour cream
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese or more
1 medium onion, chopped
Preparation

Mix all ingredients well.
Pour into buttered casserole. Cover with crushed corn flakes.
Dot with butter.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
