Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. Wesson oil
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. finely chopped carrots
    2 c. pineapple (13 1/2 oz. can)
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Combine oil and sugar.
    Add eggs; beat.
    Sift dry ingredients. Add alternately with pineapple and carrots.
    Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
