Curried Pea Salad With Cashews - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 pkg. frozen petite peas
    2 tsp. curry powder
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 to 1 c. mayonnaise (as preferred)
    1 small can cashew nuts
Preparation
    Do not cook peas.
    Run cold water over peas until defrosted. Drain well.
    Add rest of ingredients.
    If you are going to refrigerate very long, leave cashew nuts until ready to serve, then mix them into salad.
