Biscuits Supreme - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. whole wheat pastry flour
4 tsp. baking powder
dash of salt
2 tsp. sugar
1/2 c. butter
2/3 c. milk
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients.
Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Add milk all at once.
Stir with knife only until dough ball forms (a little more flour may be necessary).
Turn out onto lightly floured surface.
Knead gently 1/2 minute.
Pat or roll 1/2-inch thick.
Cut with biscuit cutter.
Bake on an ungreased cookie sheet at 450\u00b0 for about 15 minutes.
