Apple Crunch Pudding Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. rolled oats
1 1/2 c. sifted flour
1 Tbsp. baking soda
1/2 c. chopped nuts
6 c. pared, sliced apples
1/4 Tbsp. salt
1 c. light brown sugar
1/2 Tbsp. cinnamon
1 c. + 2 tsp. butter
1 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Preheat oven at 350\u00b0.
In a large bowl, combine oats, flours, brown sugar, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.
Stir in nuts with a fork or knife.
Cut in 1 cup butter and combine until the mixture is crumbly.
Press half the mixture into a 9 x 13-inch baking pan. Toss apples with lemon juice and arrange neatly on top.
Dot with butter and top with remaining crumb mixture.
Bake for 40 minutes or until apples soften.
Cool slightly, then spoon into bowls.
