"Granny Decie'S Apple Dumplings" - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 or 8 apples, sliced or quartered
1 stick butter or margarine
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 large (10 count) can biscuits
Preparation

Place apples, butter, milk, sugar and cinnamon into a large pot.
Cover with cold water.
Cook at slow boil until apples are done. Turn up heat to medium, stirring often.
Tear biscuits into pieces and drop in boiling mixture.
Reduce heat to low. Stir often.
Cook until biscuits are done.
