German Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large pot cooked potatoes
    1 large onion, chopped fine
    1 c. red wine vinegar
    2 c. Wesson oil
    1/4 c. (heaping) mustard
    salt
Preparation
    Peel and cut potatoes when cool.
    Add onion, vinegar, oil and mustard.
    Toss for several minutes.
    Sprinkle salt across top liberally and mix well.
    Do not refrigerate! Keep on countertop in airtight containers.
    Always mix well again before serving.
