Lollipops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. cream of tartar
1/3 c. water
1/4 tsp. flavoring
5 drops food coloring
sucker sticks
Preparation

Grease back of cookie sheet with butter.
Arrange sucker sticks on sheet.
Cook sugar, cream of tartar and water to hard (310\u00b0).
Add flavoring and color and stir.
Pour over sticks. Wiggle each lollipop loose when set, but not cold.
