Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs, beaten
2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. oil
3 c. plain flour, sifted
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. coconut
3 c. chopped apples
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Grease and flour Bundt pan.
Peel and chop apples.
Let set in water until ready to use.
Mix eggs, sugar and oil well with vanilla.
Mix with dry ingredients.
Blend in apples, nuts and coconut.
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
Let cool.
If desired, use your favorite icing.
Better if baked the day before.
