Barbecued Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 lean center cut pork chops
    juice of 1/2 lemon
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 c. ketchup
    2 1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of Tabasco
    1 c. water
    vegetable oil
Preparation
    Preheat
    oven to 350\u00b0.\tCombine all ingredients, except chops and
    oil,
    in
    saucepan.
    Bring
    to a boil.
    Remove from heat. Brown chops
    in hot oil in skillet.
    Place in a shallow pan.
    Pour sauce
    over all.
    Bake until tender, about 1 hour. Check occasionally
    to
    add
    water if becoming too dry.
    Baste every 15 minutes with sauce.
    Good with macaroni and cheese or au gratin potatoes.
