Apple Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. apples, peeled and chopped
    2 green peppers, chopped
    2 red peppers, chopped
    1 c. onions, chopped
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 c. cider vinegar
    1/4 tsp. turmeric
    1 c. water
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Cook on low heat for 45 minutes. Seal in sterilized jars.
    Yields 6 to 8 pints.
