Summer Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean ground beef
    2 Tbsp. Morton Tender Quick
    1 c. water
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. mustard seed
    1 tsp. ground black pepper
    1 Tbsp. hickory smoke
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together well.
    Refrigerate for 24 hours. Make into 4 rolls.
    Put on a rack in a pan.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
