Old Fashioned Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. shortening
    2 to 3 Tbsp. ice cold water
Preparation
    Mix flour and salt together.
    Cut in shortening until it resembles coarse cornmeal.
    Add cold water, 1 tablespoon at a time and stir until it forms
    a ball.
    Roll out on a floured surface; press into a pie pan.
    If it is for a cream pie, bake at 425\u00b0 for about 10 minutes or until brown.
    Remember to prick the bottom and sides with a fork.
