Bertha Mae'S Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops
    3/4 c. water
    3/4 c. ketchup
    4 lemon slices (thick)
    4 tsp. brown sugar
Preparation
    Place pork chops in shallow baking dish.
    Put 1 lemon slice on each chop, then 1 teaspoon sugar on each lemon slice.
    Mix ketchup with water.
    Pour around chops, almost to cover.
    Bake, uncovered, in a 350\u00b0 oven for 60 to 90 minutes until done.
