Hot Chili Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. chicken broth
1/2 c. white vinegar
3 dried negro chilies (stem and seed)
5 cloves garlic
1 medium white onion
1 medium tomato
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Combine broth, vinegar and chilies.
Bring to a boil.
Remove from heat and let chilies soak 5 to 10 minutes until soft.
In blender, combine ingredients and blend until pureed.
