Moonlight Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. buttermilk
    3/4 c. milk
    1 egg
    3/4 c. Wesson oil
    1/4 c. margarine, melted
    1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 c. self-rising flour
    1 1/2 c. self-rising cornmeal
Preparation
    Grease a muffin tin for 12. Beat egg and milk, buttermilk, oil, and margarine; mix well. Add sugar, flour, and cornmeal and mix well.
